Edythe Denkin, Ph.D.is a certified marriage and child specialist, teacher, coach, and motivational speaker. She is the author of Why Can't You Catch me being Good? a parenting best-seller, and most recently the author of, Relationship Magic, a novel focusing on enduring personal partnerships. Dr. Denkin is the host of the weekly internet radio program, "Ask Dr. Eydie", found on Ladybuglive.com. where she shares valuable insights into personal behavior, during interviews and in commentary. She is the former host of "Catch Your Kids Doing Things Right", a four-part television series in which she shared many of her valuable behavioral techniques with a wide audience.
Dr. Denkin has over 25 years experience as a therapist and relationship expert. She is an Imago Relationship Therapist, trained directly by Harville Hendricks , Ph.D. and is a member of the Institute for Relationship Therapy and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Edythe has embraced a spiritual quest and a personal calling to help people find their childhood triggers and help them reclaim their emotional well-being and happiness.
A graduate of Temple University, Dr. Denkin began her career as an Elementary School teacher. She went on to receive her Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport, and her PhD from Walden University. Dr. Denkin was recently honored by the University of Bridgeport with a Most Distinguished Alumni Award.
