Words for the Heart Hosted by Desireé Nelson Write to Desireé Desiree Nelson Desireé Nelson, highschool student, age 15 in July 2004 I wanted to do the show because I want to help teens endure their problems and issues like I have mine. Mostly I like to handle my emotions via poems; I find that poetry has helped me get through many difficult times. I go to a Liberal Arts college and I graduated highschool last year.
